المُلخص
المستخلص :- إن التطورات التي تشهدها بيئة الأعمال الحديثة في الوقت الحالي والتي تتجلى بالمنافسة الشديدة والتقدم التكنولوجي ، حيث توجهت الوحدات الاقتصادية الى اعتماد الاساليب الحديثة من خلال الاهتمام بالتقنيات الخضراء بهدف ازالة الهدر في الموارد والطاقات وادارة التكاليف البيئية لتقليل كمية النفايات ، في ظل الكوارث البيئية والمتمثلة بالتلوث والانبعاثات المتولدة من عمليات التصنيع داخل الوحدة الاقتصادية والتي أدت الى ارتفاع التكاليف البيئية ، وبالتالي أصبح على الوحدات الاقتصادية البحث عن التقنيات الحديثة التي تُساهم في تخفيض التكاليف البيئية وتقليل انبعاثات الكاربون ، ولعل من أبرز هذه التقنيات هي كايزن الأخضر .
حيث تُعرف بأنها إحدى التقنيات الاستراتيجية التي تهدف الى تحسين وإدارة البيئة الداخلية والخارجية للوحدة الاقتصادية ومعالجة التأثيرات البيئية وضمان سلامة العاملين وتخفيض التكاليف البيئية وبما يُساهم في تحقيق رغبات واحتياجات الزبائن من خلال انتاج منتجات صديقة للبيئة وتحسين الأداء البيئي ، حيث تعمل هذه التقنية على تحسين الجودة البيئية من خلال التطورات والتحسينات المستمرة على النظام الانتاجي ولكافة المراحل ، حيث تشتمل هذه التحسينات على معالجة الهدر والتلوث البيئي وما يصاحبه من تأثيرات تُسبب خطراً على البيئة والمجتمع والتي تحدث من خلال عمليات الانتاجية ، وبالتالي فإن هذه التقنية تعمل على استعمال الأنشطة الوقائية بهدف معالجة الخطر الذي يؤثر على البيئة وبالتالي تقليل انبعاثات الكاربون وتخفيض التكاليف البيئية ، وقد توصل البحث أن استعمال تقنية كايزن الاخضر يُساهم في تخفيض التكاليف البيئية من خلال تقليل استهلاك الطاقة وتقليل انبعاثات الكاربون والهدر في الموارد الطبيعية ، فضلاً عن تخفيض النفايات الصلبة والسائلة ، وقد تم عرض مجموعة من التوصيات اللازمة والتي يمكن أن تساعد الوحدات الاقتصادية في تخفيض التكاليف البيئية وتقليل انبعاثات الكاربون إذ ينبغي على هذهِ الوحدات الاقتصادية اعتماد معايير الجودة البيئية التي تضمنتها المواصفة القياسية ايزو والمتمثلة بـ(ISO14001)

Abstract:
The developments taking place in the modern business environment at present are evident in intense competition and technological progress, as economic units have tended to adopt modern methods by paying attention to green technologies to eliminate waste of resources and energies and manage environmental costs to reduce the amount of waste, in light of environmental disasters represented by pollution and emissions. Generated from manufacturing operations within the economic unit, which led to high environmental costs, and therefore the economic units have to search for modern technologies that contribute to reducing environmental costs and reducing carbon emissions. Perhaps the most prominent of these technologies is green kaizen.
It is known as one of the strategic technologies that aims to improve and manage the internal and external environment of the economic unit, address environmental impacts, ensure the safety of workers, and reduce environmental costs, in a way that contributes to achieving the desires and needs of customers through the production of environmentally friendly products and improving environmental performance, as this technology works to improve environmental quality. Through continuous developments and improvements to the production system for all stages, these improvements include addressing waste and environmental pollution and the accompanying effects that cause danger to the environment and society that occur through production processes. Therefore, this technology works to use preventive activities with the aim of addressing the risk that affects the environment, thus reducing carbon emissions and reducing environmental costs. The research has found that the use of green Kaizen technology contributes to reducing environmental costs by reducing energy consumption, reducing carbon emissions and wasting natural resources, as well as reducing solid and liquid waste. A set of necessary recommendations have been presented. This can help economic units reduce environmental costs and reduce carbon emissions, as these economic units must adopt the environmental quality standards included in the ISO standard (ISO14001.
