الملخص :-
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف التقنيات التكنولوجية وتأثيرها على البحث العلمي وتطويره، بالإضافة إلى كيفية الاستفادة من هذه التقنيات في الواقع التعليمي. ومن خلال ذلك، سيتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي تسهم في تعزيز التقنيات الرقمية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ومعالجة المشكلة المطروحة، تم طرح عدة تساؤلات وفرضيات للوصول إلى أهم الاستنتاجات. اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أبرزها ضرورة قيام الجهات المعنية بتحسين نوعية وسائل الاتصال بشكل دوري ومنتظم، مما يسهم في تقديم خدمات متميزة وتحقيق استثمار أمثل للموارد البشرية. كما ينبغي على الجهات المعنية التركيز على تطوير وسائل الاتصال لتكون متوافقة مع التطورات الحديثة.

The Impact of Digital Technologies on Scientific Research

Abstract
The study aims to identify technological techniques and their impact on scientific research and development and how to benefit from this technology, by applying it to the educational reality, and then come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to the development of digital technologies. To achieve the goal and problem of the study, several questions and hypotheses were raised to reach the most important conclusions that were reached. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that the relevant ministries must periodically and regularly improve the quality of their communication methods, which helps to provide distinguished services and achieve optimal investment of human resources. The relevant authorities must be interested in developing their communication methods and making them keep pace with development.
